REASSIGNMENT RIDER ATTACHED TO WYOMING STATE LEASE 98-00260
In the event Assignee desires to surrender said lease as to all or any part of the acreage covered thereby, said Assignee agrees to notify Assignor
by registered mail, at least seventy-five (75) days in advance of the anniversary date specified in said lease, and Assignor hereunder shall then have
Sixty (60) days after receipt of such notice within which to elect to take a reassignment of said lease as to the portion thereof to be relinquished.
Should Assignor hereunder elect to receive such a reassignment same will be delivered by Assignee prior to the anniversarY date of the lease.

Assignme'nt Requirements
Note: Assilmments are not valid until approved by the Director, State Land and Farm Loan Office as per State Oil & Gas Lease Terms, and approval is so1¢1¥ for adimnistrative purposes and should not be interpreted
as warranty that any party to tiffs assigmnent bolds legal or equitable interest in this lease. Assignments winch do not meet Ihe requirements listed below and those in the Lease and Rtdes will be returned anapproved.
1. This form must be completed and subnfftted for any assigmnant of State Oil & Gas Lease leasehold interest, andivided or divided as to separale tracts, formations, zones or deposits, and for overriding royalty
interest.
2. Assigmnents of less than a 100% leasehold interest, do not relieve the assignor of the obligations as a lessee trader the terms of the lease regariling tl~e interest conveyed tml*es~ the State first has in band,
a written agreement to b~ bmmd as lessee for all obligations nnder the lease for the assigned porlion from the assignee. This requirement should not be construed in any way as a release or recision of lhe
obligations of any surety bonding parties trader the reqnh'ements of the State Oil and Gas Lease, Board Rtdes or tiffs assignment. (All lessees are ultimately responsible for the performance under the lease,
and default subjects the entire lease to forfeitttre not just Ibc interest related to any peffonnarme obligation considered to be in default.)
3. A signed original and one copy of each assignment must be filed wilh the Wyoming State Land and Farm Loan Office.
4. Each assignment, if approved, is recognized by the State as effective as of tbe date of approval by tbe Direclor. Adequate bond must be fiwnished covering any and all productive zones prior to approval
of any assigmnent of interest in an operating State oil and gas lease, whefl~er wellbores exist On the leased lands or'not, and in no case can drilling operations, including to prospectively productive zones
trader operating leases, begin without a bond first being in place.
5. ff lhere is more than one party in interest to this assigmnent, then all anch parties in interest must sign lhe doi:mnenl before assignment approval will be given.

6. The appropriate legal description of the conveyed lands interest must be given.
7. Assigmnents creating a separate (reissue) lease subject to the niles and regulations governing all State of Wyoming Oil & Gas Lease do not change the terms and conditions of the original lease, the lease
anniversary date, nor the obligations and anniversary date of the lease created therefi-mn being considered as ifit had been issued on the effective date of the original lease. (See Board Rules, Chapter 6,
Section A.)
8. Corporations, Ihnited liability companies, and limited partnerships mast be qualified with the Wyoming Secretary of States Office, and general pam~erslfip papers are reqtdred to be filed wifl~ the State Land
and Farm Loan Office prior to, and as i condition of Board approval of any assignment.
9. Assigmnents will not be considered for approval where assignor or any assignee corrently has a delinquent (late) royalty or rental payment obligation(s) for any State substuface resource lease.
