Box 3698, Alpine, WY 83128, and Grantee's successors and assigns, all of the following described real property, to-wit: Lot 139 of Nordic Ranches, Division No. 10, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof. TOGETHER WITH but subject to that certain Grant of Access recorded itt Book 472 at page 703, as Instrument No. 875928, Lincoln County, Wyoming, Records Office. RESERVING UNTO the Grantor all appropriated surface water righs appertaining thereto. SUBJECT TO the 2003 and sttbsequent years general tares attd assessments, all existing patent reservations, easements, right of ways, protective and restrictive covenants, zoning ordinances attd applicable building codes, laws and regulations. TOGETHER WITH any and all improvements, water and ditch rights, easements, tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and any reversion, remainder, rents, issues, and profits thereof Grantor, for itself and its successors andassigns, does hereby warrant and agree to forever defend the Grantee, and Grantee's successors and assigns, in the quiet and peaceful possession of said premises against the lawfid claims of any and all persons.
