Rdmonds, be±rig of lawful age and duiy sworn according to law, upon m~ oath, depose and s~a~e: That under the date' of March 3, 2000, for valuable consideration, William S. Edmonds and Dolly V. Edmonds, husband and wife as tenants by the entireties, by deed of that date, which deed was duly. filed of record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, on March 7, 2000, in Book 442 of Photostatic Records on Page 552, conveyed to Dolly V. Edmonds and William S. Edmonds, Trustees, or their successor(s) in Trust, under the Dolly V. Edmonds Living Trust, dated January 27, 2000, the following described property, to-wit: Beginning at the southeasterly corner of the Lot Numbered Twelve in the Block Numbered Fifty of the Second Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, thence running northerly on the easterly boundary lines of Lots Twelve and Eleven of said Block Fifty a distance of seventy feet; thence westerly at right angles to said line and parallel to Opal Street a distance of one hundred and three feet; thence southerly on a line parallel to Cedar Street a distance of seventy feet to the southerly boundary line of said Lot Twelve; thence easterly along the southerly boundary line of said Lot Twelve a distance of one hundred three feet to the point'or place of beginning, being a part of said Lots Eleven and Twelve of said Block Fifty of the Second Addition to the Town of Kemmerer. as surveyed, platted and recorded, one hundred and three feet on Opal Street by seventy feet on Cedar Street, together with all buildings and improvements thereon That by reason of said conveyance aforesaid, the said Dolly V. Edmonds and William S. Edmonds, Trustees, under the Dolly V. Edmonds Living Trust, dated' January 27, 2000, became the owners of the above described land, and title thereto vested in them continuously from the date of conveyance described in said deeds to the date of death of William S. Edmonds, on the 23rd day of June, 2000. That by reason of the death of William S. Edmonds, and per provisions of the trust agreements, specifically Article Fifteen, Section 3. Replacement or Successor Trustee', that upon the death of William S. Edmonds, Trustees are Dolly V. Edmonds and Mary Esther Hub%s. Affiant avers and certifies that William S. Edmonds is the identical party named with the Affiant in the aforementioned deed whose death terminated his interest, title and estate in said ~real property; and Affiant attaches hereto and makes a part of this affidavit, a copy of the Official Certificate of Death of said decedent, duly certified by the public authority in which said death certificate is a matter of record.
