County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point which is N 89027' E, 2650.00 feet and S 0o02' W, 658.50 feet
from a granite rock marking the Northwest Comer of said Section 10;
and proceeding thence S 89o20, E, 151.95 feet;
thence South, 198.5 feet;
thence N 89020, W, 152.30 feet;
thence N 0002, E, 198.5 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
LESS AND EXCEPT any land contained in Quitclaim Deed recorded March 21, 1986
in Book 236PR on page 684 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
