QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that PHYLLIS LEITHAUSER a
single woman, P.O. Box 974, Aflon, Wyoming 83110, Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, has hereby remised, released, and forever quitclaimed unto GREGORY
LEITHAUSER, a married man, as his sole and separate property, PHYLLIS LEITHAUSER, a
single woman, CONSTANCE PHILPOTT, a woman, as her sole and separate property, and
VERNA WARREN, a single woman, c/o P.O. Box 974, Afion, Wyoming 83110, Grantees, as
joint tenants with right of survivorship, and their successors and assigns forever, all such right,
title, interest property, possession, claim and demand, as she may have or ought to have, in or to
propertY located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the Northeast Corner of Lot 1, Block 29, of the Aflon, Wyoming,
Townsite Survey, and running thence West 82.5 feet; thence South 95 feet; thence East
82.5 feet; thence North 95 feet to the point of beginning.
Subject to the Mortgage executed by Phyllis Leithauser, a single woman, as
Mortgagor, in favor of The Bank of Star Valley, as Mortgagee, in the amount of
$11,212.82, dated June 16, 1999, and recorded June 24, 1999 in Book 432 P.R. at Page
95 in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Subject further to all easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations, and rights
of way of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
