KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, HELEN R. SNEDDEN, a single
woman, Grantor, of Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in
consideration of Ten Do]_lars ($10.00) a~d other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to HELEN R. SNEDDEN, as
Trustee of the Helen R. Snedden Revocable Trust dated January 21,
2003, Grantee, whose address is 111 Willow Avenue, Kemmerer,
Wyoming, 83101-2024, all of Grantor's interest in and to the
