entireties, hereinafter referred to as "Grantors", for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acla~owledged, CONVEY AND WAR/RANT to PAMELA M. HASSLER and BRYAN G.
HASSLER, Trustees, or their successors in Trust, under the PAMELA M. HASSLER LIVING
TRUST, dated November 6, 1998, restated March 20, 2001, and any amendments thereto,
hereinafter referred to as "Grantee", of 3100 Greensborough Drive, Highlands Ranch, Colorado
80129, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby
waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State, to wit:
Lot 18, Southland Park, Diamondville, Lincoln County Wyoming
including and together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments,
appurtenances and improvements thereon or thereunto belonging, and any rights
of grantor to minerals thereunder, but subject to taxes, assessments, covenants,
conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights-of-way and easements of sight or
record.

WAIVER
BRYAN G. HASSLER hereby signs this Warranty Deed for the sole purpOse of waiving
and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
