waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State, to wit:

Diamondville, County of Lincoln, state of Wyoming, more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 17 of the Southland Park Addition; thence
South 72°32'51" West along the Northerly boundary line of Lot 17, a distance of 99.18
feet; thence in a Southeasterly direction along the arc of a curve to the left, the radius of
said curve being 50.00 feet, a distance of 27.93 feet; thence North 72o32, 51" East, a
distance of 82.68 feet to a point on the Eastern boundary line of Lot 17; thence North
17027'09" West along the Eastern boundary line of Lot 17, a distance of 22.00 feet, to the
Point of beginning.
including and together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments,
appurtenances and improvements thereon or thereunto belonging, and any rights
of grantor to minerals thereunder, but subject to taxes, assessments, covenants,
conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights-of-way and easements of sight or
record.
