TUELLER, a single person, grantor of the County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to the GORDON M. and MARGARET A. TUELLER FAMILY TRUST, dated January ~z ,2003, Gordon M. Tueller and Margaret A. Tueller, Trustees, grantees of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following described real estate situated in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit: Beginning at the Northeast Corner of the South Half of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter (S½N½SE¼) of Section One (1), Township Thirty-two (32) North, Range 119 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Wyoming, thence West Forty (40) rods; thence South Forty (40) rods; thence East Twenty-four (24) rods; thence North Ten (10) rods; thence East Sixteen (16) rods; thence North Thirty (30) rods to the point of beginning, containing Nine (9) acres, more or less, with improvements and water-rights. Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use. WITNESS my hand this ~z day of January, 2003.
