WARRANTY DEED
GORDON M. TUELLER, a single person, grantor of the County of Lincoln, and
State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to the GORDON M. and MARGARET A. TUELLER
FAMILY TRUST, dated January 7z ,2003, Gordon M. Tueller and Margaret A.
Tueller, Trustees, grantees of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following
described real estate situated in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State, to-wit:
Beginning at a point 10 rods North of the Northeast
Corner of Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
(SE¼SE¼) of Section One (1), Township Thirty-two (32)
North, Range 1'19 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian,
Wyoming, and running thence West Sixteen (16) rods;
thence South Ten (10) rods; thence West One Hundred
Forty-four (144) rods; thence North Forty (40) rods; thence
East One Hundred Twenty (120) rods; thence South Six
Hundred Thirty (630) feet; thence East Three Hundred
Sixty-six (366) feet; thence North One Hundred Sixty-five
(165) fee[; thence East Two Hundred Ninety-four (294)
feet; thence South Thirty (30) feet to the Point of beginning.
Also all ditches and ditch rights, water and water rights and
appurtenances thereunto belonging...
TOgether with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all
reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
