WARRANTY DEED
of the County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to the GORDON M. and
MARGARET A. TUELLER FAMILY TRUST, dated January 7, 2003, Gordon M. Tueller
and Margaret A. Tueller, Trustees, grantees of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
the following described real estate situated in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to-wit:
Beginning 5 rods South of the Northeast Corner of Lot 4, Block 4 of the
Afton Townsite, and running thence South 4 rods; thence West 15 rods;
thence North 9 rods; thence East 11 rods; thence South 5 rods; thence
East 4 rods to the point of beginning. Together with all improvements
and water rights belonging thereto.
ALSO: Any interest the Grantors may have in the following described property:
Beginning at a point 178 feet North of the Southeast Corner
of Lot 4 in Block 4 in the Afton Townsite, Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, and running thence West approximately
145.5 feet; thence North approximately 3.5 feet; thence East
approximately 145.5 feet; thence South approximately 3.5
feet to the point of beginning.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all
reservations, restrictions, exceotions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
