KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That Wells Fargo Bank, N,A., successor to First
Security Bank of Wyoming a corporation of the United States of America, does hereby certify
that mortgage bearing the date of September 17, 1996 made and executed by Reed R. Miller,
as mortgagor, to First Security Bank of Wyoming as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate
therein mentioned as security for the payment of $i00,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage
was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on October 23, 1996 in the Book 389PR on page 658 mortgaging
the following described real estate in said County, to wit:
All Lands as Described in said Mortgage. See Attached
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim
unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
