the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Beginning at Point 1, whiCh is N 0006' W, 423.2 feet and 40 feet East of the
West 'Quarter Corner of Section 6, T31N Rll8W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, and running thence from Point 1, N 0o06, W, 735.2 feet;
thence East 420.3 feet;
thence S 23 °24' W, 798 feet;
thence West 100 feet back to point 1, the place of beginning, being Tract A of the Golf
Course Tract, Afton, Wyoming.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
