releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:

of the Town of LaBarge, Lincoln County, Wyoming including that Tract of
record in the office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 124PR on page 612,
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Lot 54 of the McGinnis Subdivision of record
in the said office and S 70036, W, 531.36 feet from the Northeast corner of the said
NE~,~SW~,4 where found a red quartzite stone 6x8x8 inches marked "Cent s6" on the
North + on top, Ss on the South witnessed by a 2" galvanized steel pipe with brass cap
inscribed T26N Rll2W C~A S6 1962;
thence S 00o21, W, 175.00 feet along the West line of said McGinnis
Subdivision;
thence S 89051, W, 175.00 feet;
thence N 00021, E, 175.00 feet parallel to said West line;
thence N 89051, E, 175.00 feet to the CORNER OF BEGINNING.
