Lot 9 in Star Valley Ranch Plat 16, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof.
This Agreement is made this /~day of L~,¢~ , 2003, by and
between Rebecca A. Johns, hereinafter referred to as seller, David and Judy
Nalley Living Trust, hereinafter referred to as buyer, and Leisure Valley, Inc.,
hereinafter referred to as mortgagee.
IT IS HEREIN AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the buyers are purchasing the above described property as of
March 15, 2003, and have agreed to assume the unpaid balance of the Mortgage
to Leisure Valley, Inc., in the amount of $12,989.37.
WHEREAS the buyer agrees to pay all monthly installments under the
terms of the original note and mortgage. Said note and mortgage made and
executed by Rebecca A. Johns.
WHEREAS, the buyer understands that all payments are to be made until
the entire mortgage balance has been paid in full. Monthly payments in the
amount of $190.30 are due and payable on the 15th day of each month,
beginning with the March 15, 2003 payment.
WHEREAS, the seller hereby assigns and transfers to the buyer all of her
right, title and interest in the mortgage presently held by Leisure Valley, Inc., as
mortgagee.
WHEREAS, the mortgagee does here.by permit said assignment of
mortgage and acknowledges and understands that the seller, Rebecca A. Johns
is no longer bound under the terms of the mortgage and note, but that the buyer
alone is now liable.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto executed this
instrument.
