HomeMy WebLinkAbout888594BOOK T PR PAGE 4 4 ASSIGNMENT 8885(3 LI RECEIVED LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK E In consideration of the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is acknowledged, RONALD CROOK and RICHARD CROOK hereby assign to STANFORD CROOK, the Assignee, all interest of Ronald Crook and Richard Crook in the Real Estate Sales Agreement dated August 9, 1989, a notice which was filed with the Lincoln County Clerk on August 14, 1989 in Book 276 PR, page 297, between Marie N. Gardner, and Ross Gardner, her husband, the Seller, and Ronald Crook and Richard Crook and Stanford Crook, the Purchasers, all notes receivable, accounts pending and security interest that are in the documents which are held in escrow in the Bank of Star Valley, of Afton, Wyoming. 1. Limited Recourse This assignment is made without any representations or warranties by the assignor and without recourse by the assignee against the assignor. 2. Documentation Simultaneously with the execution of this assignment, the assignor shall deliver to the assignee a copy of all contracts, notes, books of account, correspondence, security agreement, mortgages, escrow instruction, or other records and documents relating to the above contract, together with all collateral documents given as security by the purchasers. 3. Notification The assignor shall notify the Sellers under the contract of sale, of the transfer and advise them that Stanford Crook will make all future payments. Crook ment 4.
