bearing the date of January 8, 1998 made and executed by Doyle Stoker And Linda Stoker, Husband And Wife as
mortgagor(s), to FIRST UNION MORTGAGE CORPORATION as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein
mentioned as security for the payment of $58,800.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the Office of the
