Know all men by these presents: that CHASE MORTGAGE COMPANY WEST hereby certify that a'certain mortgage
bearing the date of August 31, 1998 made and executed by Brian L. Schrieber And Kimberly K. Schrieber, Husband And
Wife, As Tenants By The Entireties as mortgagor(s), to RESOURCE BANCSHARES MORTGAGE GROUP, INC. as
mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $103,500.00 as therein stated,
which mortgage was recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, in the Volume/Book 416 Page '805 Document 853043 mortgaging the following described real
estate in said County, to -wit:
LOT 22, GREYS RIVER VILLAGE ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF ALPINE, WITHIN THE NW 1/4SW1/4 OF
SECTION 28 AND NE1 /4SE1 /4 OF SECTION 29, T37N, R118W, ACCORDING TO THAT PLAT FILED IN THE
OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING.
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged; and in
consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby
conveyed and mortgaged.
