made and executed by Richard Sandra Dovey Family Trust, dated December 1, 1997 Richard Edward
Dovey, Trustee and Sandra Mae Dovey, Trustee as mortgagor, to Community First National Bank
as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of
$55,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-
Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 10 day of
July 2001 in Book 468 of Mortgages, at page 219 and mortgaging
The following described real estate in said County, to -wit:
The Northerly 50 Feet of the Lots Numbered Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9) and Ten (10), of the
Block Numbered Seven (7), (Being a portion of parcels Numbered One Hundred (100) and Two Hundred
Nine (209)) in the Town of Diamondville, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming known as 202 Star Ave
Diamondville WY 83116
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged
and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor
the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
