This Release of Assignment of Rents, made this 24TH day of
JANUARY, 2003, by and between Metropolitan Mortgage Securities
Co., Inc. whose address is 601 W 1st Ave Dept 113200, Spokane, WA
99201 -5013, as First Party, and SPEEDY TURTLE PETROLEUM, INC., A
UTAH CORPORATION AND SEVEN C ENTERPRISES INC., A WYOMING
CORPORATION, as Second Party:
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, on OCTOBER 4, 2002, SPEEDY TURTLE PETROLEUM, INC., A
UTAH CORPORATION AND SEVEN C ENTERPRISES INC., A WYOMING
CORPORATION, Second. Party assigned the rents for the real property
generally described as:
Part of Lot 2 of Block 17 of the Townsite of Afton,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point 10 rods South of the Northwest corner of
said Lot 2 and running thence South .4 rods; thence East 10
rods; thence North 4 rods; thence West 10 rods to the place of
beginning. Also Part of Lot 2 of Block 17 of the Townsite of
Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 2 and
running thence South 10 rods; thence East 6 2/3 rods; thence
North 10 rods; thence West 6 2/3 rods to the point of
beginning.
Situate in the County of LINCOLN, State of WYOMING.
and recorded on OCTOBER 7, 2002, under number 884632, in Book 501
at page 145, records of LINCOLN County Clerk.
WHEREAS, Second Party has paid the obligation represented by
said note and it is the desire of both parties hereto, the Second
Party being released of all liability and evidences of liability;
NOW THEREFORE, First Party hereby releases and reassigns all
of its interest in the above described rents, the real property
therein described, and any payments due therefrom to SPEED TURTLE
PETROLEUM, INC., A UTAH CORPORATION AND SEVEN C ENTERPRISES INC.,
A WYOMING CORPORATION and hereby cancels any interest it may have
in said rents.
