WARRANTY DEED
MAX BLAINE THOMAN and NANCY L. THOMAN, husband and wife, grantors, for and
in consideration of Ten and NO /100 ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do CONVEY AND WARRANT TO MAX BLAINE
THOMAN, grantee, whose address is P.O. Box 397, LaBarge, WY 83123, the following described real
estate, situate in Sublette County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights
and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
Township 20 North, Range 113 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming;
Section 1: Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, S1 /2;
Section 2: Lots 2, 3, and 4, SW1 /4, W1 /2SE1 /4, SE1 /4SE1 /4;
Section 11: N1 /2NE1 /4 and a tract of land within the NW1 /4NW1 /4,
NE1 /4NW1 /4, SE1 /4NW1/4, SW1 /4NE1 /4, SE1 /4NE1 /4,
NW1 /4SE1/4, NE1 /4SE1 /4 lying East and North of the
centerline of the Union Pacific Railroad Company's (Oregon
Short Line Railroad Company) right of way, said tract being
particularly described as follows:
Beginning on the east line of said Section 11 where the
centerline of the Union Pacific Railroad Company right of way
intersects the east line of Section 11, which place is
N.00 °06' W., 1526.0 feet from the southeast corner of said
Section 11;
thence N.50 °31'W., 5937.9 feet along the centerline of the said
right of way to a point on the north line of said Section 11;
thence S.89 °58'E., 4581.3 feet along the north line of said
Section 11 to the northeast corner of Section 11;
thence S.00 °06'E., 3793.6 feet along the east line of Section 11
to the place of beginning;
Section 12: All;
Township 21 North, Range 112 West of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming;
Section 32: W1 /2SW1 /4, SE1 /4SW1 /4;
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, water and water rights, ditch and
ditch rights, reservoir and reservoir rights, thereunto appertaining;
SUBJECT TO reservations and restrictions contained in the United States patents or
otherwise of record, to easements and rights of way of record or in use, to prior mineral
reservations of record and to all other matters of public record;
