TO THE COUNTY CLERK OF LINCOLN, STATE OF WYOMING:
You are hereby authorized and requested to enter satisfaction of and cancel of record that
certain Mortgage dated August 24, 1995, in the amount of $748,000.00, executed by Ronald J.
Dreiling of Sedgwick County, Kansas to Deposit Guaranty National Bank, Tupelo, Mississippi,
Trustee under the Will of Charles E. Bryant, deceased, dated the 31st day of May, 1985, and
Marilyn Sue Cressler, and said mortgage was recorded in Book 373RP at Page 741, No. 808765
in the office of the County Clerk, State of Wyoming, County of Lincoln, and legally described on
Exhibit A attached hereto and made apart hereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned owners, AmSouth Bank (successor by merger
with First American National Bank, which was successor by merger with Deposit Guaranty
National Bank) as Trustee as aforesaid, and Marilyn Sue Cressler, have caused these presents to
be executed this 20th day of March, 2003.

A tract of land situated in the South Half of the
Northwest Quarter S½NW¼), Section 23, Township 18 North,
Range 107 West, of the 6th P.M., Sweetwater County,
Wyoming, which is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 61 feet Northeaster{y from the
centerline produced Southeasterly of East 'First 'North
Street (East Flaming Gorge Way) in the Town of Green
River, Wyoming, and 400 feet distant Southeasterly from
the Southeasterly line of Tract "H" in the Union Pacific
"First 1919 Addition" to the Town of Green River as
surveyed, platted and recorded, said point of beginning
being on the Northerly right-of-way line of U.S. 30,
thence, along the Northerly right-of-way line of U.S.
30 in a Southeasterly direction, 230.48 feet to a point
on the Westerly right-of-way line of a portion of land
conveyed to the State Highway Commission of Wyoming as
recorded in Book 564, page 376-377, of the Sweetwater
County Clerk's office, Green River, Wyoming, 'thence along
said right-of-way in a Northeasterly direction 116.41
