AFFIDAVIT AFFECTING TITLE
CORRECTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION
COME NOW, I, Lloyd B. Baker, PE/LS 698 and being upon oath first duly sworn,
state and allege as follows:
The affiant ~s the same person that performed the survey fOr the property
'described in the QUitclaim Deed recorded August 10, 1999 in Book
434PR, Page 255; and in Warranty Deed recorded January 3, 2002 in
Book 480PR, Page 610 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk.
That this affidavit is given pursuant to and in accordance with Wyoming
State Statute 34-11-101 Wyoming Statutes (1977 amended); for the
purpose of correcting errors in descriptions of land in recorded
instrument.
That a typographical error in the legal descriptions provided by the office
of Lloyd B. Baker & Associates and recorded in the Quitclaim Deed
recorded August 10, 1999 in Book 434PR, Page 255; and in Warranty
Deed recorded January 3, 2002 in Book 480PR, Page 610 in the Office
of the Lincoln County Clerk should be and are hereby modified by
correction as follows:
A portion of N½SE¼ of Secti°n 6, T33N, R118W of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the BLM type monument found marking the South mid-
point in 'the South line of said N1/2SE¼, being the SE 1/16th corner of
said Section 6; thence N 89o08'56'' W, along said South line, 550.00
feet to an Iron Pipe found; thence N 0°56'24'' E, 446.00 feet to an Iron
Pipe found; thence N 41 °48'25" E, 583.47 feet to an Iron Pipe found at
a point in the Center line of the Aspen Hollow Road (as described on the
"COMMON EASEMENT AGREEMENT" filed with the Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, Instrument No. 516494 in Book 150PR on pages
694-698); thence Southeasterly, along' said Center Line, the following
bearings and distances to Iron Pipes found: S 22°50'1 2" E, 157.56 feet;
S 33o18'43'' E, 184.15 feet and 121.46 feet, totalling 305.61 feet, S
8°54'24'' E, 431..78 feet and S 24°19'40'' E, 70.66 feet to a point in
said South line; thence N 89o08'56'' W, along said South line, 171.30
feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
