grantors of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WA~NT TO

Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
grantees, whose address is P.o. Box 9787, Jackson, ~ 83002
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
A pOrtion of N~ASW1A of Section 6, T33N Rll8W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the BLM type monument found marking he South mid-point in the South
line of said N~ASWh, being the SE 1/16th corner of said Section 6;
thence N 89008'56'' W, along said South line, 550.00 feet to an Iroa, Pipe found;
thence N 0056'24'' E, 446.00 feet to an Iron Pipe found;
thence N 41°48'25" E, 583.47 feet to an Iron Pipe found at a point in the Center
line of the Aspen Hollow Road (as described on the "COMMON
EASEMENT AG~EMENT" filed with the Clerk of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, Instrument No. 516494 in Book 150PR on pages 694-698);
thence Southeasterly, along said Center Line, the following bearings and
distances to Iron Pipes found:
S 22°50'12'' E, 157.56 feet; S 33018'43'' E, 184.15 feet and
S 24019'40'' E, 70.66 feet to a point in said South line;
thence N 89008'56'' W, along said South line, 171.30 feet, to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
