in consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to them in hand paid by

The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and
forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said
POLLY R. ERICKSON, TRUSTEE OF THE POLLY R. ERICKSON FAMILY TRUST
dated August 29, 2001
heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as I have,
ought to have in or to all the following described premises, to-wit:
That part of the SW¼SE¼ of Section 6, T30N Rll8W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, it being the intent to more correctly described that tract of record in the Office of the
Clerk of County in Book 192PR on page 597, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point N 34°37'01" E, 1123.56 feet from the southwest corner of said
SW¼SE¼, found as described in the Corner Records filed in said Office;
thence N 79053'36'' E, 295.00 feet, along as existing fence line, in part, to a point at a
fence corner;
thence S 01022'52'' W, 225.66 feet, along an existing fence line in part, to a point on
the northerly right of way line of the Reeves-Schwab County Road No. 12-149;
thence S 86008'23'' W, 23.61 feet, along said right of way line, to a point;
thence N 75 °05'24'! W, 273.15 feet, along said right of Way line, to a point;
thence N 01022'52" E, 105.17 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said
Polly R. Erickson, Trustee
heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither I nor any other
person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or
any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
