'This. Igarranty Deed, made and entered into this 2_6' day of March 2003, by and
between Wayne Johnston as Trustee of the Wayne Johnston Family Trust, whose address
is 3616 South 860 East #65, Salt Lake City, Utah 84106, party of the first part; and,
Wayne Johnston., as Trustee of the Wayne Johnston Living Trust, whose address is 3616
South 860 East #65, Salt Lake City, Utah 84106, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH:
That the said first party, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS
($i0.00), lawful money of the United States of America, and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid by the said second party, receipt 'whereof is hereby
acknowledged, do by these presents convey and warrant unto the said second party, all
that. certain real property situate in' the Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, and more
particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 19, Unit B, Commissary 'Ranch Subdivision, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, according to the offical plat thereof.
Subject to ail restric_tions, reservations, easements and rights-of-
way of record or in use.
TOGETHER WITH any and all improvements of any name or
nature situate thereon.
TOGETHER WITH the tenements, hereditaments, and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and
the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents,
issues, and profits thereof.
To have and to hold the said premises, together with the appurtenances unto the
said party of the second part.
