JAMES K. HARROWER and DOLORES HARROWER, of the City of Anchorage, State of Alaska,
Grantors, for and in consideration of ten dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration in hand
paid, receipt whereof is hereby ackmowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Canyon Limited
Partnership, a Wyoming general partnership, of the City of Kemmerer, County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, Grantee, all interest presently owned or hereafter acquired in, as they have or ought to
have, in and to the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of
the State, to-wit:
Township 24 North, Range 116 West, 6th PM,
Sec. 7: Lots 2, 3, 4, S1/2 NE1/4 and NWl/4 SE1/4, subject however, to that
conveyance of the fractional parts of Lots 3 and 4 and the NWl/4 SE1/4 of said
section 7 by Warranty Deeds from Alvin Adams and Margie Adams, husband and
wife, to Mrs. Mary C. Carollo, dated March 2, 1951 and recorded march 5, 1951 in
Book 25 of Deeds on Page 526, and dated August 27, 1954 and recorded August 28;
1954 in Book 7 of Photo Records on Page 464 in the office of the County Clerk of
Lincoln County, Wyoming.
The foregoing described documents conveyed the fractional parts described above
identified and used as a Reservoir site, said Reservoir being officially recorded in the
State of Wyoming as Davis No. 2, under Permit No. 3330. Said permit lists the total
surface area of Davis No. 2 Reservoir as 23.0 acres, approximately 20 acres of which
is within the foregoing described parcels. The area used for this transaction will be
mutually agreed upon by the purchaser and seller.

TOTAL AREA being 316.54 acres more or less.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or
in anyway appertaining thereto, including all water rights, grazing privileges
from the Bureau of Land Management consisting of all AUMs for exchange
of use, crops and.timber and one-half of the mineral rights presentlY owned
by the Seller.
TOGETHER WITH an easement of no less than forty (40) feet in width
across private lands to access said' real property, situate in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming;
TOGETHER WITH an easement fifty (50) feet in width for access to said
property across Section 6, Lot 11 and Section 7, Lot 1 of the Resurvey of
Toxvnship 24 North, Range 116 West, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming
and Section 12, Lot 1 and SE¼NE¼ of the Resurvey of Township 24 North,
LAND/CANYON LTD/WARRANTY DEED
Range 117 West, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming with said easement
being that designated as "Proposed Road Easement" on Exhibit A attached
hereto;
SUBJECT, HowEVER to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions,
covenants, and rights-of-Way of record or in sight or use.
