DeCoria, of 845 South Washington, Aflon, Wyoming,83110, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming (hereinafter referred to as "Assignee"). RECITALS A. Assignee has heretofore entered into a Real Estate Lease ("Contract") dated March 31, 1992, affecting certain real property located in Salt Lake County, Utah, as is more particularly described in the attached Exhibit "A", David A. DeCoria and Roxanne A. DeCoria, of 845 South Washington, Afton, Wyoming,83110, as Lessor and Jart) Capital, Inc.,of 845 South Washington, Aflon, Wyoming,83110 as Lessee, as disclosed by certain Lease recorded February 2, 2001, as Entry No. 871122 in Book 459 at Page 111 of the official records of the County Recorder of Lincoln County, Wyoming. B. Assignee and Assignor have heretofore executed an Assignment of Real Estate Lease and Stfbordination Agreement as Collateral dated January 25, 2001, recorded January 25, 2001 as Entry 871123 in Book 459 at Page 115 of the official records Lincoln County, Wyoming. --- C. Assignor now desires to terminate its assignee interest in the Contract and reassign its interest back to Assignee. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises Assignor hereby reassigns, transfers and conveys unto Assignee the Contract TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the sense for and during the remainder of the terms mentioned in the Contract and all renewals and extensions of said term.
