QUITCLAIM DEED
This Quitclaim Deed made as of March 24, 2003, by
FRANK ERNEST BROG and RUTH MAURICE BROG, Trustees of the FRANK
ERNEST BROG AND RUTH MAURICE BROG JOINT LIVING TRUST, U/A/D
October 22, 1993 ("Transferors")

to:
FRANK E. BROG and RUTH M. BROG, Trustees of the Frank E. Brog Trust,
U/A/D March 24, 2003, a I/2 undivided interest as tenant in common;
and to FRANK E. BROG and RUTH M. BROG, Trustees of the Ruth M. Brog
Trust, U/A/D March 24, 2003, a I/2 undivided interest as tenant in
common (each respectively, a "Transferee" and collectively "Transferees")

Transferors, in consideration of One Dollar and other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
remises, releases, and forever quitclaims to Transferees all of the interest of
Transferors, if any, in and to that real property located in the County of Lincoln,
and State of Wyoming, and more certainly described as follows:
Commencing at a point which is N12°0'E, 648 feet from the Southwest corner NEI/4 SE%
Section 30, T32N, R I 18W and running thence N3°S0'W, 129 feet; thence N 12°0'E, 317
feet; thence S85°26'E, 225 feet, more or less, to Swift Creek; thence Southeasterly along
Swift Creek to a point which is N81 °0'E of the place of beginning, thence South 81 °0'
West 543 feet, more or less, to the place of beginning. Said tract being located in the
NE'/4 SE'A Section30, T32N, RI 18W, of the 6th P.M., Wyoming and containing
approximately 3.6 acres, together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and
appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however
to all reservations, restriction, exceptions, easements and rights of way of record or in
use.
ALSO: A road right of way easement described as follows:
Commencing at a point which is S66°15'E, 645 feet from the Northwest Corner NE1A
SE~A Section 30, T32N, RI 18W, which point is also the centerline of the Swift Creek
Canyon Road and the entrance road to the Lower Swift Creek Power Plant; thence
S24°E, I 15 feet; thence S 18°W, 50 feet to the center line of Swift Creek and Frank Brog
Entrance Road Bridge and extending I 0 feet each side of said center line.
To have and to hold, all and singular the described property, together with the
tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances belonging to such property, or in
anywise appertaining, and the rents, issues, and profits of such property to
Transferee, and Transferee's heirs and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Transferors have executed this Quitclaim Deed on the
date first above written.

On this March 24, 2003, before me personally appeared FRANK ERNEST BROG
and RUTH MAURICE BROG, to me known to be the persons described in and
who executed the foregoing Quitclaim Deed and acknowledged to me that
FRANK ERNEST BROG and RUTH MAURICE BROG each executed the same as his
and her free act and deed.
