Owned or hereafter acquired in, as he have or ought to have, in and to the following
described real estate, situated in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State
to-wit:

Amended Plat of the Town of Opal, County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, as surveyed, platted and recOrded in the Office of the
Lincoln County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds, together
With all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anYWise
appertaining thereunto.
