AFFIDAVIT TERMINATING ESTATE BY THE ENTIRETIES
I, Craig Laker, being of lawful age and first duly sworn according to law, upon
my oath, depose and state:
That I am of adult age, a resident of Lincoln County, Wyoming, and the
Affiant herein.
That by virtue of the conveyance which is recorded in the office of the
County Clerk for Lincoln County, Wyoming, located at Kemmerer,
Wyoming in Book 467PR on page 900 is recorded a Warranty Deed. The
Warranty Deed, dated the 19th day of June, 2001 conveys unto Craig
Laker and Teresa Laker, as Husband and Wife as Tenants by the
Entireties the following described property, to-wit:
A portion of the SE¼SW¼ of Section 3, T35N R119W of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said SE¼SW¼ and running thence
S 0009'57'' E, along the east line of said SE¼SW¼, 348.54 feet;
thence S 88°48'25'' W, parallel to the North line of said SE¼SW¼,
250.00 feet;
thence N 0009'57'' W, 348.54 feet to the North line of said SE¼SWIA;
thence N 88048'25'' E, along last said line, 250.00 feet to the
point of beginning.
That said Teresa Laker died on the 28th day of July, 2001 ,
and a copy of the original certificate of death, certified to as true an
correct by public authority in which the original of said certificate is a
matter of record, is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
That by reason of death of said Teresa Laker and by reason of §2-9-102
W.S. (1980), the decedents interest and title in said conveyance has
terminated and title to the real property conveyed thereby has vested
absolutely in Craig Laker continuously since the death of the said
decedent.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
