LONG AND BOBBLE L. LONG, Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties, grantees, whose address is ?.o. Box 5001, Etna, WY 83118 the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state to wit: A portion of the property as referred to in the Deeds recorded in Book 467PR on page 900 and in Book 505PR on page 383, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming within the SE~ASW~A of Section 3, T35N Rll9W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the B.L.M. type monument marking the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698, 1994 location for the Northeast comer of said SEIASW~A; thence S 1°28'06'' W, along the east line of said SE~,~SW~A, 403.00 feet to an Aluminum Cap on an Iron Pipe; thence N 89033'26'' W, parallel with the North line of said SE~ASW~A, 182.46 feet to an Aluminum Cap on an Iron Pipe; thence N 8°04'19'' W, 407.43 feet to an Iron Pipe mar'king a point a point in the north line of said SEkISW~,~; thence S 89°33'26" E, along said north line, 250.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 2.00 acres, more or less. SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
