HADERLIE, husband and wife, grantors of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to GALE L. HADERLIE and SHIRLEY R. HADERLIE, husband and wife, and ALAN R. HADERLIE and VALERIE J. HADERLIE, husband and wife, in joint tenancy with rights of survivorship as to all grantees, grantees of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following described real estate situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State; to-wit: That part of the NW V, SWV, of Section 31, T32 N, R118 W, within the Incorporated Limits of the Town of Alton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more specifically described in "EXHIBIT A" attached hereto and made part of this document by reference and incorporation as if fully set forth herein. Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon situated or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
