CORSi ("Grantors"), for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, convey, and warrant unto LOWER VALLEY ENERGY, a Cooperative Corporation, of Alton and Jackson, Wyoming, and to its successors and assigns, ("Grantees"), a perpetual easement and right of way for the construction and continued maintenance, repair, alteration, and replacement of the electric distribution circuits, lines, and equipment of the Grantee to be constructed and maintained under, upon, and across the premises of Grantors in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, along a line described as follows, to wit: BEING a portion of Lot 3, Section 1, T35N, R119W, 6th P.M., more particularly described .as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the north boundary of said Lot 3 said point being S 89° 58'55" W, 1125 feet from the NE corner of Lot 3, thence S 8© 11' 18" E, 11151 feet to a point, thence S 50° 35' 50" E, 186 feet to a point on the Smith boundary line of said Lot 3, said point being N 88© 41~ 47" W, 806 feet from a brass cap' marking the CN1/16 corner of said Section 1. EASEMENT to include 15 feet on each side of described line. This easement is to replace and supercedes an easement recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 5 of Mixed. Records on page 248. Together with all necessary and reasonable rights of ingress and egress, and to excavate and refill ditches and trench for the location and repair of said facilities, and to cut, trim, or remove trees, shrubbery, undergrowth, or other obstructions interfering wi~.h the repair and maintenance of the facilities. ' Grantors acknowledge that Electric and Magnetic Fields (EMF) are naturally occurring in the distribution of electricity, and that Grantee has here notified Grantor that EMF lesting and information is available upon request fi-om the Grantee. The undersigned agrees that all wires and other facilities, installed on the above-described lands, at the Grantee's expense, shall remain the property of the Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee.
