SCOTT, TRUSTEE OF THE CLAUDETTE SCOTT FAMILY TRUST under agreement dated July 28, 1988, grantors of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged CONVEY AND WARRANT TO MARK L. STRUHS AND JENNIFER L. STRUHS, Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties, grantees, whose address is 2039 N. Racine Avenue, Chicago, IL 60614 the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state to wit: Beginning at corner number one of HES 168, identical to the Southeast corner of Section 16, T34N Rll8W of the 6th P.M., Wyoming and running thence Northerly, along the East line of said HES 168, Section 16 (also being along the NatiOnal Forest Boundary) 130 feet; thence West on a line parallel to the South boundary line of said HES 168, identical with the south line of said Section 16, 385 feet; thence Southerly on a line parallel to the East boundary of said Section, 130 feet, to the said South line; thence East, along the said South line, 385 feet to the place of beginning. SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use. TOGETHER WITH all water and water rights, minerals and mineral rights, tenements hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
