"Grantor,q") in consideration of Ten Dollar~ ($10.00) and Other good and sufl~cicnt
consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hercby gr,~t, bargain, sell,
convey and quitclaim to Aden~,92LThornock and Kathieet~ Thomock, husband and wifc,
as tenants by thc entireties with the right of survivorship, (hereinafter "Grantees") as owners
of those lands described in that certain Quitclaim Deed l¥om Jolm Rusgcll Thomock (,Vkia
RUssell Thornock and Russell Thomqack) and Emmy Loch '['homock, husband and wile, to
Aden KayThornock (a/k/a Kay Thomock and KayThornack) ~d Kathleen Thomock (a/k/a
Kathleen Rose Thomock and Kathleen R. Thornock), husband and wife, which is recorded
in the Olficc of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds in and for the County
of Lincohn, State of Wyoming, in Book I39PR at Page 172 as [nsU'umcnt Number 497851
and that certai n Warra,ty Deed from B Quinn and Company, a wyoming corporation,
to Aden Kay Thomock and Kathlcen Thomock, his wife, and John Russcll Thornock and
Emma Luch Thomock, his wife, which is recorded in thc Office of thc County Clerk and
E:~-Officio Register of Deeds in and for thc County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in Book
! at Page 354 as Instrument Number 33305 ("Benefitted Propert),") a non-exclusive
easement described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference,
to be used hy the Grantees lbr agricultural purposes only and providing ingress and egress
to tt~e Benefitted Property.
In the event m'~y of thc lands owncd by Grantors through which this easement
traverses are fenced, now or in the ,cuturc, then Grantors reserve the right to install gates
and/or cattle guards with swinging metzl gates at those points where the easement ~md right-
of-way might intersect .quch fences of Grantors. The gates shall remain unlocked unless keys
are furnished to Grantees, in which event such gates will be locked at the option of Grantor.
The easemcnt provided for herein is non-cxclusive and Grantors reserve thc right to
use such ea.qement and to provide third partie~ easements and rights-et;way over and across
the easement described on Exhibit "A."
This easement is for the benefit of'and appurtenant to the Benefitted Property and the
terms hereof shall be binding on thc successors and assigns of both Grantors and Grantees.
