SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
This is a boundary adjustment, Grantor Warrants title to that part of the described
land lying outside of land previously conveyed to Grantee in instrument recorded
January 3, 2000 in Book 440pr on page 155 of the Official Records of Lincoln
County Clerk.

BEGINNING at the southeast comer of the N~ANE¼NE¼ of said Section 21;
thence N89°-46'-06"W, 1320.04 feet, to a brass cap on the west line of said NE¼NE¼;
thence N00°-00'-37"W, 660.22 feet, along said west line, to the northwest comer of said
NE¼NE¼;
thence S89°-44'-30"E, 660.08 feet, along the north line of said NE¼NE¼, to the northwest
point of that tract of record in said Office in Book 440 of Photostatic Records on page
152;
thence SOUTH, 329.80 feet, along the west line of said tract, to its southwest point;
thence S89°-44'-30"E, 660.09 feet, along the south line of said tract, to its southeast point
on the east line of said NE¼NE¼;
thence SOUTH, 329.80 feet, along said east line, to the CORNER OF BEGINNING;
