STAR VALLEY RANCH ASSOCIATION hereby certifies that pursuant
to its Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, which states, failure to pay
the Assessments result in a lien in favor of the Star Valley Ranch Association. With
respect to the subject property, a certain Notice of Assessment Lien
recorded OCTOBER 29, 1999 ~ Book 437 PR, Page 538 was in the office of
the County Clerk and Ex-officio Register of Deeds in Lincoln County, Wyoming and the
said lien is fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged with regard to the property
owned x or being purchased by ladd~K & CASSANDRA PRESTON

below, and in consideration thereof, the Star Valley Ranch Association does hereby
release the premises thereby affected. The subject property is more particularly described
