to its DeclaratiOn of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, which states, failure to pay
the Assessments result in a lien in favor of the Star Valley Ranch Association. With
respect to the subject property, a certain Notice of Assessment Lien
recorded MARCH 6 , 2002 , Book 484 PR, Page 635 was in the office of
the County Clerk and Ex-officio Register of Deeds in Lincoln County, Wyoming and the
said lien is fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged with regard to the property
