ANDERSON AND AMY I. ANDERSON, Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties, grantees, whose address is 10725 Thomas Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80908 the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state to wit: Beginning at the SE corner of Lot 4 of Block 10 in the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, thence West 5 rods; thence North 8 rods; thence East 5 rods; thence South 8 rods to the point of beginning.
