WARRANTY DEED
ELDON J. GREAVES AND RUTH W. GREAVES, TRUSTEES

grantors of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO
BRUCE R. ANDERSON AND AMY I. ANDERSON,
Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
grantees, whose address is 10725 Thomas Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80908
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Beginning at the SE corner of Lot 4 of Block 10 in the Town of Afton, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, thence West 5 rods; thence North 8 rods; thence East 5 rods;
thence South 8 rods to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
