O. Box 194, Cokeville, Wyoming 83114, GRANTORS, in consideration of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, convey and quitclaim unto ROBERT G. KIRK, a married man as his sole and separate property, whose address is P. O. Box 4779, JacksOn, Wyoming 83001, GRANTEE, all right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand in or to all of the following described premises, to-wit: Parcel 1: That part of Lot 13 and Lot 18 of Tract No. 42, T 25 Ni R 118 W, Lincoln County, Wyoming lying and being situate northwesterly of the northwesterly right-of-way line of State Highway 232; Encompassing an area at 7.5 acres, more or less; all in accordance with the plan and profile sheet No. 5 of Project S- 82(1) dated 1952 for said State Highway. ALSO Parcel 2: That Part of Lot 8 and Lot 11 of Section 29, T 25 N, R 118 W, Lincoln County, Wyoming lying and being situate northwesterly of the northwesterly right-of-way line of State Highway 232~ Encompassing an area at 2.3 acres, more or less; all in accordance with the plan and profile sheet No. 6 of Project S- 82(1) dated 1952 for said State Highway. ALSO Parcel 3:' That part of Lot 28 and Lot 42 of Tract No. 46, T 25 N, R 118 W, Lincoln County, Wyoming lying and being situate northwesterly of the northwesterly right-of-way line of State Highway 232; Encompassing an area at 1.5 acres, more or less; all in 82(1) less. accordance with the plan and profile sheet No. 5 of Project S- dated 1952 for said State Highway. Total acreage in Parcel 1, 2, and 3 above is 11.3 acres, more or Warranty Deed (Consisting of Two Pages) Raymond S. Petersen & Sons, Inc. to Robert G. Kirk With regard to the above parcels, it is further noted that no actual survey was made, no monuments were found or set, and no plat was prepared. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
