CONVEY AND WARRANT TO
BILL L. KOLP AND CHRIS M. KOLP,
Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 5199, Etna, WY 83118
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit!
A portion of the SI/2SEI/4 of Section 8, T34N Rll8W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County
Wyoming, located East of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a Brass Cap monument in a County Road marking the Southwestcorner of said
SE¼ and running N 0°35'31'' E, along the West boundary of said SE¼, 1331.92 feet to the
Northwest corner of said S 1/2;
thence N 89o34'06'' E, along the North boundary of said SI/2, 1281.24 feet to a Brass
Cap monument marking the center of said SE'A;
thence S 89°55'09" E, 61.84 feet to an Iron Pipe set in the West line of Ellis Lane, a 66
foot wide road bordering the West and part of the South boundaries Of Lost
Creek Ranchettes Subdivision;
thence S 0o20'23'' E, along said West line, 16 feet to the beginning of tangent curve
concave to the. left and having a radius of 50 feet; thence southerly and
southeasterly, along said curve and Ellis lane through a central angle of
65°49'16'' an arc distance of 57.44 feet to an Iron Pipe set;
thence leaving said curve and running S 0°31'37'' E, 372.83 feet to an Iron Pipe found
marking the Southwest corner of the property of Bruce Nelson obtained by Deed
recorded 10/12/77 in Book 140PR on page 330;
thence S 0°08'24" W, along the West boundary of the property of John Wagner by Deed
recorded 1/4/79 in Book 151PR on page 749, 551.46 feet, more or less, to the
North tine of the property of Jack Roth by Deed recorded 12/30/77 in Book
142PR on page 610;
thence S 89°59'10.' W (formerly called S 89°26'18'' E), along last said North property
line, 685.19 feet;
thence S 1 °09'01" W (formerly called N 01 °43'33" E) along the Westerly boundary of
said Roth property, a distance of 348.61 feet to the Southerly line of said Section
8;
thence S 89o25'28'' W, along last said line, 696.62 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
LESS AND EXCEPT the land contained in.Warranty Deed recorded December 27, 1993 in Book
343PR on page 70 of the recOrds of the Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements
and. rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
