WARRANTS to PRONGHORN PROPERTIES, LLC., GRANTEE,
whose address is P. O. Box 7, LaBarge, Wyoming 83123, the following
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving ail rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemptions laws of the State, to-wit:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of Block 4 of the Town of LaBarge,
formerly Tulsa, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described On the
official Plat thereof, as filed and recorded in the Lincoln County
Clerk's office, in Kemmerer, Wyoming.
Subject to all restrictions, covenants, town ordinances, and easements
of record or vision.
