Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and Other Good and Valuable Considerations to the said party of the first part in hand paid by the party(les) of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, conveyand confirm unto the said party(ies) of the second party, his/her heirs and. assigns, forever; the following described real property situate in the County of liNCOLN, State of Wyoming, to wit: Lots 19 and 20 of Block 14 to the Town of Diamondville, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof. Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever, of the said party of the first part, either in law or equity, of, in and to the above bargained premises, with the hereditaments and' appurtenances; To Have and To Hold the said premises above bargained and described with the appurtenances, Unto Angela Failoni and Honte Failoni the said party(les) of the second part, his/her heirs and assigns forever. Subje~ to all covenants, restrictions, reservations, easements, conditions and rights appearing of record; and subject to any state of facts an accurate survey would show.
