This Deed, made this 18th day of April, 2003, between the Secretary of Housing and Urban
Development, of Washington D.C., party of the first part and Angela Failoni and f4onte
Failoni party(ies) of the second part, whose address is: 31 Conroy, Diamondville, WY 83116.
Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and Other Good and Valuable Considerations to the said party of the first part in hand paid by
the party(les) of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has
granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, conveyand
confirm unto the said party(ies) of the second party, his/her heirs and. assigns, forever; the following
described real property situate in the County of liNCOLN, State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lots 19 and 20 of Block 14 to the Town of Diamondville, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof.
Also known as: 31 Conroy, Diamondville, WY 83116
Being the same property acquired by the party of the first part pursuant to the provisions of the National
Housing Act, as amended (12 U.S.C: 1701) and the Department of Housing and Urban Development Act
(42 U.S.C. 3531).
Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise
appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits
thereof; and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever, of the said party of the
first part, either in law or equity, of, in and to the above bargained premises, with the hereditaments and'
appurtenances;
To Have and To Hold the said premises above bargained and described with the appurtenances, Unto
Angela Failoni and Honte Failoni the said party(les) of the second part, his/her heirs and assigns
forever.
Subje~ to all covenants, restrictions, reservations, easements, conditions and rights appearing of record;
and subject to any state of facts an accurate survey would show.
And the said party of the first part, for himself and his successors, covenants and agrees to and with the
party(les) of the second part, his/her heirs and assigns, the above bargained premises in the quiet and
peaceable possession of the said party(les) of the second part, his/her heirs and assigns, against all and
every person or person lawfully claiming or to claim the whole or any part thereof, by, through or under
the said party of the first part, t~ Warrant and forever defend.
This Special Warranty Dead is not to be in effect until April 18, 200'3
