Exempt: not a sale, transfer to a revocable living trust for the benefit of the grantor or grantor's spouse.
FOR NO CONSIDERATION, Barbara M. Pope hereby grants to
Barbara M. Pope, as Trustee of The Pope Family Exemption Trust UDT dated March 3, 1987
the beneficiary of which is the Grantor, all of her interest in real property in the County of Lincoln,
State of Wyoming, more particularly described as:
Lot 2, Forest Meadows Subdivision, according to the official plat thereof, recorded in the Office
of the County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Subject to reservations and restrictions cOntained in the United States Patent and to any
easements and right-of-way of records or in use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
THE TRUSTEE AND ANY SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE(S) SHALL HAVE FULL RIGHT TO SELL OR ENCUMBER THE
PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN.
