Together with all water and water rights, ditches and ditch rights, improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all other firings thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining. SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, encumbrances, rights-of-way, reservations and restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands. The undersigned Seller and Buyer agree that all tax notices relative to the above described real property be mailed to Buyer at the following address: P.O. Box 150 Kemmerer, WY 83101.
