The undersigned Buyer hereby-gives notice of interest in and to the following described '
Property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming by virtue of an Unrecorded Contract dated the 23'd day
of April, 2003: The property described in said Contract is as follows:
All lands described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by
this reference.
Together with all water and water rights, ditches and ditch rights,
improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all other firings thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, encumbrances, rights-of-way,
reservations and restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
The undersigned Seller and Buyer agree that all tax notices relative to the above described
real property be mailed to Buyer at the following address: P.O. Box 150 Kemmerer, WY 83101.
THIS NOTICE is made and executed this 23'd day of April, 2003.

A parcel of land in the NW~ of Section 18, of the Resurvey of T19N Rll6W
of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming and being more particularly
described as follows:
COMMENCING at the northwest corner of said Section 18; and, running
thence S 47°56'15'' E, a distance of 2443.68 feet to a point on the
westerly right of way boundary of U.S. Highway 189;
thence N 6o22,50,, W, along said westerly right of way boundary of
U.S. Highway 189, a distance of 83.66 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING of this description. Said POINT OF BEGINNING being
a 5/8" diameter rebar with an aluminum survey cap stamped CCI
PELS 574; -.
thence continuing N 6°22'50,, W, along said westerly right of way
boundary of U.S. Highway 189, a distance of 166.34 feet ~o a
