Part of Lot 2 of the Call subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, said part being that part of Lot 2 lying and being sitnate Northerly of the following described existing fence line: Beginning at a marker on the Westerly lithe of Lot 3 of the Call Subdivision, N 07°51.4' H, 42.90 feet fi:om the Westerly most comer of said Lot 3, said marker also being on the West boundary linc of Call Lane of said Subdivision; and running thence N 52028.8, W, 56.50 feet to a 3/8" x 12" steel spike set in a fence comer post; thence N 72°I2.9, W. 63_22 feet to a 3/8" x 12" steel spike set in a fence corner post; thence S 86'16.6' W. 148.27 feet to a marker; thence S 78030.4, W, 30,20 feet to a marker on the West line of said Lot 2 to the point of beginning. Hereby releasing m~d waiving all rights under and by vhxue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said Donald E. Belkin and Laura J. Bet-kin heirs and assigns, to his and their own property u~e and behoof forever. So that neither we nor any other person in our names or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by the~e presents be excluded and tbrever barred.
