did, by a certain Trust Deed dated the 11th day of October , 2000 , filed for record in the
office of the Recorder of the County of LINCOLN , State of
Wyoming , on the 13th day of October2000 and duly
recorded in Book 454 ?R , Page 073 (Reception 869020 Film )
grant, bargain, sell and convey the property therein and hereinafter described to the Public Trustee of the
County'of LINCOLN , State of Wyoming , its successors and assigns, to secure the
payment of one Promissory Note dated October 11, 2000 , in the principal amount of
Eighty Three Thousand Seven Hundred Forty and no/100
Dollars ( $83,740.00 ) with interest at the rate of 8.000 % per annum.
NOW THEREFORE, in Consideration of the sum of One Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($100.00) and other good
valuable consideration paid by the said Assignee to said Assignor, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, said Assignor
hereby assigns unto said Assignee the said Trust Deed and Note secured thereby, together with all monies now owing or that
may hereafter become due or owing in respect thereof and the full benefit of all the powers and of all the covenants and
provisos therein contained, and said Assignor hereby grants and conveys unto said Assignee any interest it may have in the
following described property situate in the County of LINCOLN State of
Wyoming , to wit:
LOT 8 OF BLOCK 5 OF THE LINCOLN HEIGHTS 4TH SUBDIVISION TO THE TOWN OF
KEMMERER, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said Trust Deed and Note, unto said Assignee forever, subject to the terms contained in
said Trust Deed and Note. Said Assignor hereby covenants with said Assignee that said Trust Deed and Note hereby
assigned is a good, valuable security and that said Assignor has not done or permitted any act, matter or thing whereby said
Trust Deed has been released or discharged, either partly or in entirety, and has the right to assign said Trust Deed and Note
and will, upon request, do, perform and execute every act necessary to enforce the full performance of the covenants and
agreements therein contained and that this assignment and the covenants and agreements shall inure to the benefit of and
extend to and be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective parties hereto.
