of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as
purchaser at foreclosure sale.
WITNESSETH
Default having occurred on that certain Mortgage dated September 29, 2000, recorded
October 6, 2000, in Book 453PR, Page 594 in the Office of the County Clerk of Lincoln County,
Wyormng, made by Nancy J. Hokanson, a married woman, to Mortgage Electronic Registration
Systems, Inc., and secm'ing $126,900.00 of even date therewith, which Mortgage embraced the
following described real property:
Lot 7 of the Corsi Ranchettes Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
WHEREAS, a default having occurred Under the terms of the Mortgage and the entire
balance then declm-ed due and payable by the Mortgagee or its assignee and the election made to
foreclose pursuant to W.S. §34-4-101, et. seq., notice of sale was duly advertised and given pursuant
to a copy of the legal publication attached hereto and the sale was then held at the date and place
provided and the property was sold to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., for the highest
and best bid of $146,734.98.
By virtue of the sale and purchaser's payment, under the authority of law, I hereby give and
grant this Sheriffs Certificate of Sale to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as
purchaser, who will be entitled toa Sheriff's Deed for the property at the expiration of the period of
redemption unless the property is redeemed prior to that date as provided by law. Upon the
expiration of the period of redemption, being four months from the date of this sale, a Sheriff's Deed
will be executed conveying the property to the purchaser or its assignee as the holder of this Sheriff's
Certificate of S ale.

COMES NOW, Sue Davidson, who being of lawful age and being first duly sworn upon her
oath, hereby swears and affirms as follows that:
1. She is the attorney for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.
Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc:, as mortgagee, holds a mortgage
against real property owned by Nancy J. Hokanson, a married woman, said mortgage
being in default.
As Attorney for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., on February 13,
2003, she arranged for service, upon all parties in interest, a Notice of Intent to
Foreclose, a copy of said Notice being attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference.
Said Notice of Intent to Foreclose was received by the said parties in interest as
evidenced by the Sheriff's Affidavit, the same being attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference.
Said Mortgage provides that there shall be included in any or all foreclosure
proceedings a reasonable attorney's fee.
This affiant is admitted generally to practice law in the State of Wyoming, resides
therein and that there has been no agreement, express or implied, between this affiant
and any other person, for any sharing or division of any fees to be allowed or added
to the debt involved in this foreclosure, and that the fee when so allowed, or added
to the debt, shall be only as compensation for services actually rendered in the
foreclosure proceeding by an attorney admitted to practice in this State and residing
therein.
This Affidavit is made in compliance with §§34-4-112 and 34-4-103, Wyoming
Statutes 1977.
