Numbered Fifty-One (51) of the Second Addition to the Town of Kemmerer,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest Corner of said Lot Six (6) and running thence
N63°26'E, a distance of 70 feet to the point of beginning; thence N63°26'E, 70
feet to a point which is the Northeast corner of this parcel; thence S26°34'E, 100
feet to the Southeasterly corner of this parcel; thence S63°26'W, 70 feet to the
Southwesterly corner of this parcel; thence N26°34'W, 100 feet to the Northwest
corner of this parcel, the point of beginning, together with all buildings,
improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining
thereto
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record,
of sight or in use.
